Clogged Drains

Buildup of gunk in your drains can cause clogs. Hair, grease or oil, food, or even too much toilet paper can, over time, cause your water to drain more and more slowly. If left unaddressed, these clogs can cause corrosion or backed up plumbing.



Titan Plumbing can help maintain your drain pipes in order to prevent the eventual buildup, or remove the clog once it’s there. 

Drain Cleaning

Drain cleaning is a necessary part of any property. When drains back up, there are several ways to fix the problem. Slow draining pipes can often be taken care of with a cable machine. 

When pipes are in worse condition, or there are possibly roots in your main sewer line, we can use our jetter. 

Hydro Jetting is an effective way to clear any sewer line and will clean any grease off the walls of your pipes, all the way up to cutting small roots out of the line.

Video Inspections and Pipe Excavations

Our sewer camera can video inspect your sewer and check for damage. The buried line often is not glued together, and either gets separated and offsets somewhere in the yard, or roots can grow into the joints and plug the line, not allowing water to pass by. If you have roots in your sewer line, we have the equipment to fix it like new. We can excavate down to the sewer and either do a spot repair on a section of your existing sewer or we can replace the sewer line from the house to the city sewer main.

Excavation tends to be a scary undertaking for the average homeowner. We at Titan Plumbing have the knowledge, tools, and experience to make your experience with us as easy and stress-free as possible. We will pull all Inspection permits and schedule inspections with the city, so the stress is taken off of you, the customer.

Gutter Drainage

The water from your gutters has to go somewhere! A lot of people don’t know where the rainwater goes or how their gutters system works. For some houses, the water drains out through a drainpipe buried in your yard, and then to a curb hole in the curb at the street. 

Another way your gutters can drain is called daylighting. If your system was designed this way your gutters will drain into the yard at a lower elevation than the house and should drain away from the house. Where the pipe daylights can be hard to find, and greenery often grows around it. We can video inspect and locate the line wherever it is. If you notice your gutters draining slow or even overflowing, you may need to do more than clean your gutters—it may be time to have your rain drains cleaned.
